Your captain scores double points. Choose a player with a good fixture and recent form. Many managers pick a forward or midfielder from a top team playing at home.

Transfers

Use your free transfer each week to fix injuries or target favourable fixtures. Taking a points hit for an extra transfer can pay off if the new player hauls, but use hits sparingly.

Wildcard and Chips

Wildcards let you make unlimited free transfers in a gameweek. Save them for when your squad needs a full refresh. Use other chips like Bench Boost or Triple Captain when you have a strong 15 and a good gameweek.

Differentials

Low-owned players can shoot you up the rank when they score big. Balance reliable picks with a few differentials to gain an edge in your league.
